The condo home is about 840 square feet and has one bathroom. It is on the second floor; you enter our apartment on the ground floor and walk up a flight of stairs. No one is below or above us
The master bedroom -- which has the same ocean views as the living room -- has a queen-sized bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds. There is a sofa-sleeper in the living room area. It is a comfortable place for a family of four. It would also be a good place for four people who each want their own bed. Two couples could use it comfortably. We don't recommend more than five people, although it sleeps six.

There is a telephone, small color TV, VCR, cable, stereo, a modest collection of books, games, and puzzles, and enough equipment to do some good cooking if you're so inclined. Full linens, towels, etc. We have an extra-large garage for a car and other gear (kayak, bicycles, etc.). We don't allow smoking inside, and we don't allow pets inside or outside.
Digging for clams and going crabbing are popular activities on the bay. A boat launch and rental to go crabbing or to get across to Netarts Spit (five miles of uninhabited ocean beaches and dunes) is nearby.
Bring binoculars! Seals, eagles, and many marine birds pass before our windows.
We are on the Three Capes Scenic Drive and a 23-mile stretch of the Oregon Coast Bike Route.
Cape Lookout is nearby, where the hike to the point includes dramatic views and old-growth coastal forests. We maintain a binder of activities, restaurant menus, and other information at the condo.
